Return & Refund Policy

RETURN AND REFUND FOR WRONG, MISSING OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

By placing orders from the Eyesy Lash store, please ensure that you read, understood, and agreed with our return/refund terms.

Returns are available if initiated within seven (7) days from the date showing delivered status successfully on the carrier's system. You must email at support@eyesylash.com within 7 days to request the return/refund. Any claims made after 7 days will NOT be accepted

We offer returns and refunds for all items.

Wrong product delivery: We will issue a refund or resend the correct product as per your request, provided the product is unused.

Missing or lost items: We will either provide supplementary delivery or issue a refund based on your requested

Defective products: We will either deliver a replacement product or issue a refund as requested

When returning defective and wrong items we will pay the shipping fee.

No returns and refunds will be accepted without authorization from customer service.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Once the delivery confirmation becomes available, Eyesy Lash is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to provide complete and accurate address and contact information, and for picking up the packages as soon they are delivered.

DELAY WHEN ISSUING REFUNDS (if applicable)

Refunds can take up to seven (7) business days to be processed by the bank.

If you haven’t received the refunded amount yet after this period, please contact your credit card provider or your bank.

If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@eyesylash.com.


CANCELLATIONS

Any placed order can be cancelled without penalty until within 1 hour of the purchase. After this period, orders are not cancellable. 

GIFT CARDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
