Shipping Policy


You will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details when you place your order. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information within 1 hour of the purchase. Please note that orders may take less than 1 hour to process, and you won't be able to cancel or change any info after it is processed. Once the order is processed, the tracking information will be available in a few business days.



Once the delivery confirmation becomes available, Eyesy Lash is no longer responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced packages.


Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

We offer the following shipping options in the US:

For customers in the Contiguous States:

- Express Shipping (4 - 7 business days):

  • Orders <$99: $6.95
  • Orders $99+: Free

- Priority Shipping (2 - 5 business days):

  • Orders <$99: $10.95
  • Orders from $99 to $199.99: $6.95
  • Orders $99+: Free

For customers in Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska:

- Standard Shipping (12 - 20 days):

  • Orders <$200: $7.95
  • Orders $200+: Free

For orders in other countries, we offer the following shipping options:

- Standard Shipping (12 - 20 days):

  • Orders <$200: $14.95
  • Orders $200+: Free

For wholesale pre-orders (deals up to 55% off, check out our Wholesale Pre-order Catalog), we offer the following international shipping options:

- Standard Shipping (10 - 15 days):

  • Qualified wholesale pre-orders ($200+): Free
  • Unqualified wholesale pre-orders (<$200): $40

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to properly update. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their address correctly and completely. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules. Please double-check the address when you place an order, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

- If your order is already processed or has already been shipped, we cannot change the address.

- If the order arrives at the customer’s shipping address and:

  • The customer fails to collect the package as soon as it is delivered or,
  • The customer refuses to accept the package or,
  • Many attempts have been made by the carrier to deliver the package or,
  • According to the tracking information, the package was delivered to the shipping address that the customers provided,

Eyesy Lash reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund or replacement in this case.
