Loyalty Program Policy
Overview
The Eyesy Lash Loyalty Program (the “Program”) is a loyalty reward program offered by Eyesy Lash to our customers. The Program is accessible through the Rewards menu on our website.
The Program allows those who have completed the membership enrolment steps (“Members”) in accordance with the present Terms and Conditions to collect points when making purchases of items and performing online activities identified from time to time by the us, and to redeem these points for rewards, benefits and/or rebates offered by the us from time to time.
Members acquire no vested or accrued rights or entitlement to the continued availability of any particular reward, benefit, redemption or membership level. Eyesy Lash reserves the right to revoke, terminate, suspend or modify the Program and any and all rewards, benefits, points, redemptions or levels related thereto in its sole discretion with no prior notice.
Section 1: General Policies
Membership
Membership of the program is obtained when you register an account on our website. Please see our Privacy Policy, to understand how information you provide us will be used. Members of the program also must adhere to our Terms and Conditions. This program is void where prohibited.
Suspension rights
If we determine that a Member has abused any of the Program’s privileges, fails to comply with our Term of Services, or makes any misrepresentation of Eyesy Lash, we may, in our sole discretion, take such actions as we deem appropriate, including but not limited to, suspending such Member’s privileges under the Program, revoking any or all of the points in such Program Member’s Account, and/or revoking the Program Member’s membership in the Program, in each case, with or without advance notice to the Member and without liability to us
Membership tiers and benefits
The program includes 5 membership tiers that each come with their own set of perks and added rewards. Each tier and their accompanying benefits are unlocked based on the lifetime accumulated points of the Member. The tiers are as follows:
- Member Tier: 0 point
- Bronze Tier: 150 points
- Silver Tier: 565 points
- Gold Tier: 1365 points
- Diamond Tier: 2565 points
The benefit for each tier is the multiplier of Points the Member receives for performing the actions detailed in Section 2: Earning Points. The multiplier is as follows:
- Member Tier: 1.0
- Bronze Tier: 1.3
- Silver Tier: 1.7
- Gold Tier: 2.5
- Diamond Tier: 5.0
Section 2: Earning Points
General way to earn points
Points can be earned by Members through various activities outlined below, and on the Rewards menu on our website, provided that the Member was logged in with their Account while performing these activities.
How to earn points
You are eligible to receive points one time for the following actions:
- Create an account on our website (20 points)
- Follow us on Instagram (10 points)
You are eligible to receive points multiple times for the following actions:
- Making purchases (1 point per $5 spent)
- Social Share (10 points)
- Leave a Review on our website (10 points)
USD is the currency used in cases where the value of the purchase determines how many Points are awarded.
ExclusionWhen awarding points for purchases, Members earn points only on the purchase price of qualifying online products on eyesylash.com. Calculation of points excludes payment by the Member for shipping charges. Points will not be earned on any discounts or other credits offered in connection with a product or service. Employees of Eyesy Lash are not eligible to participate in the Program.
Returns/order cancellations
Points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, cancellation or declined credit card will be deducted from the Member’s account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction.
Bonus action promotions
From time to time, we may run certain bonus action promotions. For example, Members can earn additional points in connection with the purchase of certain online products or completing certain online activities within a limited time. Bonus action promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of the offer and may be offered at any time in our sole discretion.
Points value
Points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash. The accumulation of points does not entitle the Program Members to any vested rights, and we do not guarantee in any way the continued availability of any reward, redemption level, rebate or any other benefit. The Company assumes no liability to Members as regards the addition or deletion of items from or for which points can be collected and/or redeemed.
Transferability
Points cannot be assigned, exchanged, traded, bartered, purchased or given by gift or otherwise sold. Any points so acquired are void. For the avoidance of doubt, such prohibited transfers include transfers upon operation or law upon the death of a Member. Points are nonredeemable for cash, and are nonrefundable.
Section 3: Redeeming Points
How to use points
Points must be used on the options(s) specified in below, and the Rewards menu on our website. Points may only be used online at the eyesylash.com.
How to redeem your points
Sign into your Member account. In the reward menu, there will be “Earn Points” sections where there are options to convert points into discounts.
Currently there are the following option(s) to redeem points:
- Amount Discount: Members Redeem between 50 to 250 points to receive a discount code for $10 to $50, appropriate to the number of points they redeem.
- Percentage Discount: Members Redeem between 80 to 160 points to receive a discount code for 10% to 20%, appropriate to the number of points they redeem.
Exclusions
Only one account per natural person. Only one discount code can be redeemed per transaction. Rewards redemption codes may not be combined with any other discount codes. Points may not be transferred or gifted at this time. Points cannot be used on past purchases. Points accumulated on different accounts by different members may not be combined or aggregated to make purchases of products or for any other reason. Points earned in a transaction cannot be redeemed in the same transaction. Points have no cash value outside of the eyesylash.com.
