Return & Refund Policy

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Once the delivery confirmation becomes available, Eyesy Lash is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to provide complete and accurate address and contact information, and for picking up the packages as soon they are delivered.

RETURN AND REFUND FOR WRONG, MISSING OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We only offer returns and refunds if the items we delivered are wrong, missing or defective.

Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If any items are wrong, missing or defective, please contact us at support@eyesylash.com within seven (7) days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information for your order. In such cases please provide a detailed description of the problem and pictures that could clarify the problem. Orders delivered over seven (7) days are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

When returning defective and wrong items we will pay the shipping fee.

In these situations, Eyesy Lash will offer alternatives to refunding or replacing the items, such as offering in-store credit and discounts towards other products.

No returns and refunds will be accepted without authorization from customer service.

 

DELAY WHEN ISSUING REFUNDS (if applicable)

Refunds can take up to seven (7) business days to be processed by the bank.

If you haven’t received the refunded amount yet after this period, please contact your credit card provider or your bank.

If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@eyesylash.com.


CANCELLATIONS

Any placed order can be cancelled without penalty until within 1 hour of the purchase. After this period, orders are not cancellable.
